Atlanta Roller Derby and Atlanta Junior Roller Derby are doing something huge - not just for ourselves, but for the community. We are currently under contract to buy a facility that will house both our practices and games!

While we can’t disclose the exact location of the venue at this time, we CAN say:

• This facility will open to the public for more than just roller derby. We know that not everyone enjoys slamming into other humans on skates and this facility will be open to all skate styles and levels!  

• It has air conditioning!

• It has lots of parking!

• It is clearspan with no poles!

ARD has the funds for a downpayment. We are fundraising to secure operational reserves. We need to raise as much as we can by January 15, 2026.

While this venue is move-in ready, there are always unexpected expenses and we want to be prepared. Like moving into a new home, even if it is perfect, there are things like buying new furniture for rooms you did not have before, buying yard tools, realizing you need some more shelving, etc.

While we do not anticipate any huge up-front expenses, we do want to make sure we are covered for these potential incidentals after we pay the down payment.

Donations at this level will be offered representation with nameplates or photo plaques on our Legends Wall. Please fill out the Pledge Form and someone will reach out to get details for the content of your nameplate or photo plaque.
